Bluebirds and ribbons make a lovely wall hanging quilt. This could be a wedding gift or baby gift. the background is shadow appliquéd to match the ribbon color. By changing the ribbon color you could have a whole new wall hanging. The flower appliqués could be changed to a different color or form also. Embroidery is used to define the feathers in the birds.
